The lady on the reception desk was extremely helpful and spoke English when my French failed me! Breakfast was simple but good value for money with a noticeably fresh croissant (not out of a packet!) Free parking across the road only meters from the premises, I'm not sure how that would go if the Hotel was full? However I got a spot to park, there was a train station only a minute walk from the hotel, I think that was free to park too. 10 out of 10!

    Tournus is a lovely old town full of charm and character. Abbey at the top river at the bottom. Bars cafes restaurants shops etc. Cycle museum for a rainy afternoon (or if you like bikes) The cycling in the area is great. Would go again no problem

    Wonderful town with a magnificent abbey and cloisters.

    Wonderful town with a magnificent abbey and cloisters. Pretty abbey square with cafes and bistro. Great shopping centre. Beautiful riverside. Would definitely recommend the Parisian restaurant on the riverside near the bridge. The hotel st philibert is an excellent hotel near the abbey.

    Very comfortable large room with large bathroom Bar and restaurant were comfortable and reasonable value for money. Our rating took into account the value for money of this well kept classy hotel with easy access to the A6 Situated near the ancient buildings and narrow streets that make this part of france special.

    We had dinner at the hotel and were very positively impressed by the quality. The family who run the hotel are welcoming and friendly. Excellent value for money. We have stayed there before and would stay there again.
