Even before our arrival, the team at Petit Hôtel Confidentiel impressed us with their attention to detail. They carefully considered our wishes for the stay, and on the very day of our arrival, the receptionist personally contacted us to confirm our arrival time — a thoughtful gesture that immediately set the tone for what was to come. From that moment on, our large family was treated with an extraordinary level of attention that truly set our stay apart. Despite traveling as a big group, we never felt like “just another reservation” — the staff anticipated our needs and took care of every single detail as if they knew us personally. Their personalized service felt like something out of a dream: seamless room service that turned our evenings into cozy, candlelit moments, perfectly presented with glassware and cloches; attentive concierge support that helped craft delightful outings and surprises for our kids; and thoughtful room setup that made every one of us feel seen and valued. It was this heartfelt, family-centered approach that turned our trip into something memorable. The breakfast buffet was fabulous. Lots of choices everything very fresh. The bread and smoked salmon especially good! The location was lovely in a beautiful atrium. As the restaurant was closed on the night we were there we ate in the bar and the service was superb. The food was lovely small plates of charcuterie for example. The welcome from the staff and their fantastic customer service was amazing from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. We had taken our dog with us and they even checked in that we had everything we needed for her stay and she'd been comfortable. The spa was very nice, particularly the sauna and jacuzzi.

    Very kind staff, clean, well-equipped room, the breakfast is very good and many kinds. The hotel is quiet, the wellness is also very good, calm, large pool around 30 degrees and jacuzzi around 40 degrees, sauna, etc. There are many hiking opportunities in the area. I definitely recommend the hotel.

    Staff generally very pleasant. Nice Spa area included in room price. Pool looked inviting, but I didn't have time to try it. Room modern and comfortable. Restaurant was closed on Sunday evening, but tasty bar snacks available in extremely comfortable bar area. Hotel to recommend.

    The staff was very friendly; at the reception, they gave us room upgrade and told about all the places of interest nearby. Also at the hotel restaurant, the service and the meals were superb. The location of the hotel is very quiet and the facilities are very clean.
