I took a weekend trip with my sister, and we had an amazing time. The location is beautiful, and the hotel itself is stunning. The staff were incredibly helpful and polite – especially Nissrine, who not only provided excellent service but also looks just like Shakira! Our room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated. Parking was easy. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and will be back again.

    We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hinds Head, a charming historic country pub hotel situated only a short distance outside of Reading. The pub has a timeless elegance with original features that create a cosy atmosphere. The room was a blend of old-world and funky modern comfort. The staff were friendly and attentive and we enjoyed a wonderful breakfast. We will definitely consider booking again, although hopefully for a holiday next time rather than for business.

    Beautifully finished little apartment. Lauren and Jamie have thought about everything you may need for your stay. From large fluffy towels, quality bed linen, toiletries through to all types cooking and serving utensils. For us though, it’s the hosts themselves- so kind, helpful and thoughtful. They even took us to our concert and arranged taxi back later. Makes for a wonderful stay, so much better than a faceless corporate hotel. Thank you

    In my opinion, the Hinds Head is pretty typical of country hotels in small towns/villages. My room was very comfortable, nice linen and furnishings but little things let it down. the food in the evening was nice.

    Lovely hotel with comfortable, clean room and very nice bathroom. Plenty of choice for breakfast - including well presented cooked breakfast. Nice, service minded staff. Would like to return soon.

    Lovely boutique pub hotel! Perfect place to stay if you are attending an event or festival at the Wasing Estate 💚. Delicious breakfast and friendly staff.
