The room was spacious and comfortable. The food was also of a high standard. The staff in Brunot Restaurant deserve a special mention especially Vinus who was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The spa facilities and treatment were also excellent. The afternoon tea was also good. The gym facilities are also excellent. Overall I had a great experience and will certainly return to Comis Hotel & Spa.

Got an upgrade on the reservation, which was greatly appreciated. Plenty of space and very well equiped for self catering with stores easily available. Bathroom facilities excellent. Coffee/tea/snacks supplied . Excellently hosted by William.

The hosts were very kind and helpful. The room was clean and very comfortable. The hotel is located close to several restaurants and a bike rental shop, which makes it helpful to discover the island. I would comeback here for my next visit to Isle of Man.

The room is large, clean, and well furnitured. The location is good, close to the bus stop. The staff are helpful, patient and responsible. They helped me with the invoice and let me stay in the lounge after check-out to complete my own business. The breakfast is simple but enough for me.

    did nt do much in ballasalla spent time in douglas castletown port erin & peel The island towns are well connected by bus vannin & also the island has excellent heritage the tramway from douglas to ramsey & railway from douglas to port erin! A trip to the sound for the view & bracing sea air is reccomended

    As a central location for access to local bus routes or car...

    As a central location for access to local bus routes or car hire access it’s great. There is the noise from the airport when it starts it’s day but nothing to disturb a good nights sleep. Ballasalla itself has a local pub and takeaway for local meals. Further north is the capital Douglas or south to the beaches of Port Erin and Port stMary all within 20 minutes drive. To the west up into the hills and Glens to the east Castletown with its own historic castle a town centre wrapped around the harbour . It’s just all so easy.

    Been told by my first visit to reception the hotel had run...

    Been told by my first visit to reception the hotel had run out of food! I have never heard such rubbish… On my last day, I got a full in English breakfast… It was fantastic… The only day I ate anything there! Hi, felt sorry for the manageress… God knows what pressure she has to work under? I felt so pleased for her when she could actually offered me a breakfast. She was a different girl totally, and I felt sorry for her… It was a great breakfast… Bless her…

    The countryside was lovely and the outside of the two barns...

    The countryside was lovely and the outside of the two barns but inside was a disappointment. The 3 bed deluxe was not large enough for a wheelchair user. The bathroom & toilet was down the corridor and the kitchen was shared and not kept clean. Eathing out nearby was poor - only 1 pub with a very limited menu.

    Walking distance from/to the airport / bus stop. Room - small but clean with very comfortable bed and pillows. Very helpfull staff- the lady checked us in much earlier (10am) without any problem. Breakfast - each day the same selection but ok. Option to order some food from the kitchen. Parking - free of charge. It is 3*** hotel, not luxurious place, but we had fantastic time there. We found it as very good option - value for money.

    The staff are absolutely amazing, I have been to a lot of hotels 4* and the odd 5*, I have never experienced such lovely staff, they are a credit to the hotel. When I come back to the Isle of Man, this is where I am staying. The hotel is just a 2 minute walk from the airport, the location is nice and quiet. Plenty of parking available. Breakfast was excellent. The room was clean and tidy.

    The staff was friendly and helpful. The onsite food was delicious and good value, but there wasn’t a restaurant onsite as led to believe. The food was frozen from their other hotel and reheated. Still, it was very good and the choice was decent.
