Staff were very welcoming & friendly. We mentioned we were celebrating a birthday on arrival & on return from our night there was a birthday card with chocolates left in our room. Homely & cosy and the food was delicious. Will definately be back.

With an unbeatable location right in the centre of the city, this hotel is one of the first choices for travellers. It is situated in 5-7 minutes walking distance from the bus station and City Hall, and 10 minutes taxi drive to the Lanyon Place train station. The staff is friendly and helpful. We had a little misunderstanding about the exact type of the room booked, and the issue has been solved in the most professional way. Our Signature View King room was relatively spacious, and offered the promised view over the city skyline. It was handy to have a couple of bottles of complimentary water and a Nespresso machine with tabs supply. The bed deserves an extra mention - it was extremely comfortable.

The property was easy to find, very close to public transport and the centre of the city. It was about a 4 minute walk to the Belfast City Hall and the main shopping area. It also had an onsite restaurant and cafe. The bed was comfortable and extra pillows were available in the room. We didn't eat breakfast in the hotel, but thoroughly enjoyed our meals in the restaurant. Would definitely stay at this hotel if ever in Belfast again.

I enjoyed the Titanic Museum. It had a lot to see and do. I also enjoyed the day trip to the Giants Causeway. A must do when in Belfast. The landscape was stunning. I did find it hard to walk alone in Belfast. I only ate out once. Belfast is a lovely city, but has a different vibe to it than Dublin.

The hop on hop off bus was good value for money as the ticket lasted two days, but when we came out of Crumlin Road gaol the buses had stopped running! More to self, check last bus times. The normal buses are good value, run frequently and on time. Our black cab your was a disappointment, but perhaps just the person we had. The Titanic experience is a must do, we spent about four hours there, very moving. The city centre is very walkable and has lots of lovely shops, places to eat etc. Recommend the Crown Bar

We took a Black Taxi tour and I was quite surprised to hear of continued unrest in the city while seeing and hearing about gates still being locked at night to separate parts of the city for safety. The history shared with us was very biased supporting the catholics - I was shocked to say the very least. Catholic neighborhoods near the wall had bars installed over their backyards to prevent being hit by objects thrown over the wall - today - not 25 - 30 years ago! I do not practice any form of religion, thus do not support either side of the story. I had no idea this unrest was still simmering between the two - am I naive or mislead by 1998 peace treaty and current political reports? The Titanic Museum was interesting but too crowded and loud despite timed entry. It was very difficult to read displays and hear the stories told on audio displays. I did not enjoy it. Both of these activities were on my must do list and I was disillusioned following both. Maybe if we spent more than 2 days there I would feel differently. The community did not feel as welcoming, service and hotels were disappointing and not as helpful. Overall, I was disappointed and would have spent more time outside of Northern Ireland to be honest.

Excellent infrastructure.

Excellent infrastructure. Locals are walking encyclopaedias if you get lost or need to know anything. No need for tapped tap on Google for information! It just spoils your experience. Event getting lost here is a wonderful thing as everywhere you look there is something nice to explore.

An interesting city to visit.

An interesting city to visit. Two aspects are the historical development of the economy to result in the productive might which built the Titanic and the complexity of the issues which resulted in the "troubles" and have fortunately continued to the current peaceful status of the community. Long may both aspects continue. We ate at the dirty Onion restaurant, The Himalayan restaurant in Belfast south and Tim Hortons for coffee. Getting around Belfast is easy with the U series bus routes, (with helpful drivers) the "Glider" and the train from Lanyon Place to Botanic.

It was my grandson birthday gift as he has always been interested about the history of the titanic he made a ship of the titanic at school and it is still on display at the school my daughter took my grandson on the tour of the titanic so I had a few hours to my self I went into Belfast city as it was walking distance from our apartment I meet up with my family and we had a meal at the chip restaurant I ordered a starter course of mussels for myself and grandson they were in a garlic sauce and for our main meal we had fish and chips the staff were Very friendly and nothing was a problem for them I would recommend other to try this restaurant we all went on the hop on hop of bus I got very emotional when we got to the shankill road when I seen all the face on the wall and the histery behind it thank god it's not like that to day if I had to go back to Belfast I would book up for longer as 4days wasn't enough
