Nicholas on the front desk went above and beyond to ensure we received all the help we needed from helping us at booking in to arranging taxis's, nothing was too much trouble and after working 40 years in a customer service role myself, Nicholas is a credit to your company.

I really enjoyed the ambiance and atmosphere of the hotel. Being a foreign visitor (from Canada) to Yorkshire I felt like I was in a unique, special location that reflected the traditions of food, decor and hospitality of the region. I have family who live in Yorkshire. Our numbers for a gathering to celebrate the 100th birthday of a family member in Harrogate were large. I was pleased to have selected the Cedar Court Hotel in Harrogate for accommodation while attending the event. In many ways, I felt I was in a home synonymous with Yorkshire family hospitality.
