A beautifully clean bungalow with brand new kitchen, bathroom and ensuite in a very quiet part of Bottesford. Driveway even fitted both cars on which was great. The 2 double beds were very comfortable, we really couldn't fault it. The co-op was only a 3 minute walk away to get supplies. We had a most fantastic meal and service at Pauls Restaurant. We would definitely stay again if we come back this way. Thank you to the owners for accommodating my requests, their communication was superb.

Wonderful country house with character in abundance. We had the maids room which understably was at the top of the house in the attic. The very narrow stairs may not be suitable of the infirm so make sure you don't book this particular room if you can't cope with very narrow stairs. But don't let that put you off booking another room.

Be it for the night, or for an extended stay, the whole site is well equipped and geared up to a most enjoyable experience. Our room was beautiful- elegant, thoughtfully decorated and appointed, with extra touches like brownies on arrival. The room overlooked the lawn, with spaces to sit and enjoy the sunset and birds. Breakfast was locally sourced and delicious, and the hosts were friendly and welcoming.

    The hot tub is great, takes a couple of hours to heat up first but after will take about an hour. The location is very peaceful, scenic setting, and great spot for mindfulness and wellness. Chris is a great host, and will help with anything you need. We found him helpful with information about what was nearby. Bottesford town is nearby and a small village with a great pub for food and drink. bear in mind if you're looking for a uber to places you will struggle for signal, but we used the pubs wifi to order one.

    It was a very quiet, comfortable stay and just what we wanted after a long journey. It was quiet, clean, and well presented. An ideal weekend bolt hole for anyone looking for a break in rural surroundings
