A charming town with plenty of very old buildings. A one way system to deal with a myriad of narrow streets. A delightful Furnicular to take people from High town to Low town. A lovely caravan park 5 miles outside the town, for those who chose not to use the comfy hotels.A wonderful variety of shops, cafes and restaurants. The hotel is centrally located in the small town, on the east bank of the River Severn, surrounded by historic and picturesque architecture and fresh air galore. The hotel has free parking for the car, welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful staff and serves a lovely, typical English breakfast.
