The hosts were friendly and very accommodating, nothing was a problem if you asked they tried their very best to get it sorted. Response to any queries was super fast. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The ground floor room was nice and cool as it was a scorture weekend, the first floor room wasn't as lucky, but they provided ice pack to keep the bed cooler, which helped. The family bathroom was spacious, bright & clean. Lovely ensuite in the first floor bedroom. The price was very competitive and worth every penny. A bonus was free parking outside the property. Would use again.

I liked the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness and comfort of the room. The hotel is situated in Crystal Palace which is only 30 minutes from Central London. There is a good selection of restaurants nearby.

We went for a 4-day London city break and we discovered this perfect location when it comes to value for money accommodation. Everything was perfect, the staff was very nice and helpful, the room was what we needed for a family of 4 (there was a large bed and a sofa), the room and the hotel was very clean, good wifi, quite good breakfast, there is a big parking place but we didn't need it, the train is at 10 min walk (there is a 30min trip to London Bridge station), and all this for less than a third that we would have paid for any hotel we found in central London (this obviously depends on the time of year you make the reservation, we booked only 3 weeks in advance for this trip). I totally recommend it!

The hotel was excellent. Exceeds our expectations. The hotel was a little further from the center, but getting there was easy and convenient - train station (5 min) and bus stop (1 min). You could get to the center by train in 20 - 30 min. Breakfast was fantastic. Every day we wake up with the thought of when we will be able to taste English cuisine and enjoy the pleasant atmosphere. The room was very clean, nice and warm. It was nice that there was a kettle in the room, as well as tea, instant coffee, and a cookie. Wonderful place with wonderful staff.

The room was big, bright and just absolutely stunning! The shower was amazing and the bed was so comfortable! There was nothing I didn't like about this hotel! The owners were so lovely and welcoming and explained everything. Definitely going to return here.
