Loved everything! It was exactly what I was looking for in a traditional British Inn. Overall a most charming place. The room was comfy & clean. The pub downstairs was perfect for a nightcap. Every staff member was welcoming. The breakfast in the dining area was perfect before heading out for the day. The location on the main road was ideal while also being perfectly quiet as I expected a village to be in the evenings & overnight. The parking which was included was excellently located & safe behind the Inn. The courtyard garden was stunning.

Lovely character, the room was well decorated and comfortable. free decent wifi was a bonus. The restaurant is superb. food is excellent and the staff go out of their way to take care of you. nothing is too much. I also booked after a 3.5 hour drive with nowhere to stay, very accommodating and affordable to boot.

    The mill on the saw is a beautiful place to stay for single...

    The mill on the saw is a beautiful place to stay for single people or for couples. And you could have a stag party or hen party and the atmosphere is brilliant. You could even go and talk to juile about the fishing next door. Dean and his wife and staff are very friendly. The play area in the garden is lovely for children. And it has a nice restaurant and bar. I would recommend going here to everyone I know. Thank you for a lovely time.

    We really enjoyed our stay at the Mill On The Soar the room was comfortable and clean the breakfast was really good and the staff were very helpful, we were visiting family in Broughton Astley this is the second time we have stayed and will staying again.

    Loved that the room was away from the main pub so no issue of noise, really lovely and well equipped room that felt more homey than other cheap chain hotels, and of course the staff were so friendly and helpful.
