Depends what you want for a holiday.
Depends what you want for a holiday. We like peace and quiet. Burghead only has one shop and it is adequate. Hopeman, (2 miles away), has a nice chip shop and we could recommended it. Propertyhad every cooking facility you would have at home, so no need to eat out unless you want to. Lovely old village with an extensive sandy beach, and...
Lovely old village with an extensive sandy beach, and massive forest, on its doorstep. Very dog friendly area and plenty of pooches about. Couple of shops and a Chinese takeaway in the village but Elgin easily accessible for mainstream stores etc. There is also a small restaurant but not visited.Guest review byjamesUnited Kingdom
