Its size, location and space. Having a garden was an absolute bonus. The cottage was well stocked and had everything we needed for our 2 night stay. The owner let us know that we could check in early which was great. Great location with bus stop nearby to Hull or Withernsea. Local village was good with a nice pub. Could easily have spent longer there! We will be back

What a lovely little spot, beautifully presented clean and everything was easy to find/use, key collection was easy and the host were communicative and helpful, kitchen had everything we needed and the shower was nice and powerful, a great location for trips into Hull and for trips to the coast, all in all a great spot worth a visit.

It was very clean, everything was like new, there was everything we needed, the little kitchen had everything all equipment was spotless, the lounge had a lovely sofa bed lots of cushions, bathroom was lovely and clean, the bedroom was nice we had 2 singles very comfortable. The location was quite and peaceful with the church bells chiming it was idyllic

The place was lovely. So quiet and well presented. Very clean and facilities were brilliant. We had everything we needed and more! The water was perfectly hot, the hot tub was lovely! The shower was nice and big, dishwasher was great and the heating was amazing!! We loved the fact the lounge was on the 1st floor and separate to everything else. Was very snug. Would 100% recommend to anyone

    It is a quiet location so terrific to be in the country side...

    It is a quiet location so terrific to be in the country side. Very central to other locations. We visited Whitby and Scarborough prior to arriving. Nearby is Hedon so a place to buy groceries and there were pubs there. The roads are fine to get around. It is close enough to Hull and easy to get onto the Motorways.
