We stayed at the hotel before our cruise and it was the perfect way to start our vacation. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. We loved how charming and trendy the hotel decor was, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel has a perfect location for passengers departing on a cruise from Southampton [5 minute walk across the park]. The hotel was clean and had great staff. Two blocks away is a small co-op grocery store that has a decent selection for a snack, breakfast or bottle of wine. Walking to the train or coach station is easy and about 20 minutes pulling a roller bag.

What did I like? Everything. The hotel and its location, cleanliness, restaurants. And last but not least the staff. They helped me a lot to recover my lost luggage, I was leaving on a cruise the next day, and the entire team at the hotel was at the highest level. Helen, Patricia, Stefan, many thanks.
