The place is exactly the same as described and given in the pictures. I have attached my own picture that I took during my stay for you to compare. The place was very clean and well maintained. They made sure to restock coffee and biscuits everyday. Also, the towels were clean and smelled lovely which I appreciated so much

It was a great location, we stayed in the stables it was amazing the bed was super comfortable. The room was warm and had a great heater, the breakfast was great we had all we needed and more in the fridge down stairs public car park was just outside the gate.

The interiors of this property are beautiful and we had a fantastic night sleep; would love to know where the beds are from. Communication from the owners was seamless from start to finish and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again when we are next in the area. Really good location for exploring Lancaster also which is a lovely city.

    Ok stay but not the standard expected.

    Ok stay but not the standard expected. A good clean is needed in apartment and on the balcony, which offered zero privacy. The water from bathroom taps would severely injure a small child it was so hot , so children beware. Fans required for bedrooms as it got quite warm at night and had to request this along with baking trays and tea towels so we could cook. No breakfast facility onsite, but enjoyed going to Cafe Dolce in Lancaster city centre for a wonderful breakfast. Staff lovely and generally helpful.

    10 in all departments. We were looking for a midweek relaxing break, we found the perfect one. 5 stars, 10 out of 10 in every department. Very impressive acommodation and exellent staff. We will be recommending and returning.

    We booked a 2-bedroom, a 1-bedroom and a studio and were delighted with them all. The apartments were clean and wonderfully equipped with each having a full kitchen! The 2-bedroom was great for getting the whole family together (10 people) the living area was large with sofas and armchairs. The dining table seated 7 easily and everybody was happy.

    Great centreal location to stay, easy access to the Lakes...

    Great centreal location to stay, easy access to the Lakes and North Yorkshire by car, some really nice local villages to explore if you dont know the area too well, Glasson Dock and Gargrave, great locaL park in Lancaster nearby, Williamson Park, if you are visiting with children, with really good play areas, cafe and in the spring-summer an amazing butterfly house.

    It’s in a really relaxing location.

    It’s in a really relaxing location. There’s lots of nature around. Beautiful scenery. There’s a farm next to the hotel where you can see them grazing which the children loved. Local shops were 20 minutes drive away.

    I would advise anyone, especially with kids to never ever attend the property. They are haunted and really scary and I would never attend it again myself personally I was going to go with a large group during the day but at night realise how haunted places and how are you feel presence
