Absolutely everything, it was such a delight to stay at this place to the point that we extended the stay for an additional night. Perfect to recharge, enjoy some nature, while being close to Inverness & Loch Ness. Bonus point for the adorable staff, everyone was so welcoming and kind.

We spent one night in Oak Room. Royal quality of room. It was extremely spacious, very comfortable and stylish decorated. It was equipped with king-size bed and luxurious bathtub next to it. There was warm inside.

Great staff who were very friendly and always happy with a smile and also to help. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Room was comfortable, clean and spacious for our needs. The property was beautiful, both internally and within its setting and was well maintained and clean. We had a great stay here and the owners were incredibly kind and attentive. Despite only having stayed one night we would have loved more time to relax and enjoy the region! Thanks so much :)

    Giving easy access to Inverness, the Black Isle and the West coast, Contin is an ideal base for a Highland holiday. Contin itself is a beautiful spot and the staff from both the local shop and the hotel Coul House were welcoming and friendly.

    Had a couple of nights stay at Achilty guest house. The proprietor was very friendly & welcoming ( M ). The chalet was spacious and dog friendly and clean,bed was made daily which was a nice surprise ! Continental breakfast was plentiful, with good choices. We were visiting family and friends in the area, so was a good location for us. The price paid was good value for the time of year and location. Would we stay there again ? Yes

    Wow this property is something else. it is so beautiful and the little touches the owners have made are extra special we would highly recommend Coul House Hotel not to mention the staff are amazing we just adored Cassie and as an added bonus the owners have the most adorable fur babies who greet you on arrival. Thank you for a wonderful stay we will definitely be back with family from down under!
