Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Great building, very clean and modern. Very good food. Great value I stayed here spontaneously when my girlfriend was unexpectedly admitted to a nearby hospital — Conquest. I was on holidays in the UK at the time and had to cancel my return flight and had run out of clean clothes. The hotel did not have a laundry service, but still washed, dried, and hung several t shirts and shirts in my room for me.

The staff were brilliant from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. Very friendly and helpful. We had a sea view room, which was spacious, clean, comfortable and had a globetrotter theme. There were antique looking suitcases and a table which was shaped as a map of Africa, with the names of the countries carved into it. We were a couple of floors up and are relatively fit and healthy, so there appearing to be no lift was no problem for us. Neither was the previously reported street noise. We've stayed in several seafront hotels in Hastings and other seaside towns. The noise from police sirens and from revellers passing by, was no different to any of those other hotels and towns. Breakfast was good and free parking was easy to find and very close by. I cannot complain about anything. Thanks to everyone for making us feel so welcome!

Location was perfect- right by the high street. Staff were super accommodating, they even gave us some extra condiments to go with our late night chippy order. Really generous and friendly. Breakfast was lovely

Amazingly equipped room and bathroom. They had cotton pads, cotton swabs and tissues. You got 2 chairs, one smaller on under the table. One was a really comfy one placed to the ocean view.
