It is super well-presented and everything is thought out to the last detail. I really did not expect it to be as nice for the low price we paid.

There is far too much to mention here. Roger and Sal are simply superb hosts. The breakfast was exceptional and so much to choose from, all 3 mornings offerings were tip top, even a croissant whilst we waited for the breakfast. The bedroom was excellent, bed was amazingly comfortable, and the bathroom... Just wow. Probably the best one I've used in years. The view from the front room/living room was extraordinary. There were numerous sets of binoculars to use to have a look. Roger (host) is very knowledgeable about what there is in front of you to look at. Even told us about the salmon cleaning that you could see out on the water. Wifi was strong and reliable, some great chilled out tunes were being played in the living area throughout the day and evening. Roger even booked us a table for our evening meal at a local hotel as we were running late due to traffic. Just a great couple who hosted, we lived the area and our time exploring it. Next time we are back in the area I really, really hope Corrie House has availability Simply Bravo!!!

it’s beautiful and quiet - off the beaten path. Although we arrived after 10 pm, which was long after check-in time ended, the staff graciously accommodated our late arrival and made sure we knew exactly where the key was, etc. they could not have been nicer. And breakfast was magnificent, with many options and basically however much, and whatever variety, you wanted.

Special thanks to the entire staff for making our stay memorable. We’d like to extend our sincere appreciation to: • Sarah and Jesica for their kindness and patience — we truly apologize for all our many questions! • Lee for his cheerful spirit and warm welcome. • Stuart, Jhonni, and Pranav for their friendliness and attentiveness. • All the HK team, especially Gari and Cara, for their great work behind the scenes. • The kitchen chefs — Matthew, Kieran, Noel, and Geri — for the delicious meals we enjoyed. • CHRIS from the kitchen KP team for supporting the amazing dining experience. Every attempt has been made at this hotel to provide for guests’ comfort. The staff were welcome, cheerful and as helpful as could be. The menu in the dining room was varied and delicious with a complete wine selection. Our stay was thoroughly enjoyable and the hotel’s proximity to Inveraray Castle made it an ideal accommodation for exploration of the Campbell clan’s ancestral home.

We found this to be a very charming and interesting hotel close enough to the Lake Lomond area but also off the beaten path. We stayed in the superior double room with a sea view and it was very comfortable and spacious. We had one dinner and all breakfasts there and all were delicious. There are lots of charming places scattered around the building which are very interesting and worth exploring. The owner is also the decorator and shell artist in the gift store; she is very talented.

Beautiful village, very quiet, with incredible views of the Loch Awe. There is not much around so be aware of that, but as long as groceries are done before there is no problem. There was a coffee shop there (not open every day), but we did not have time to try it out.

Dalavich is a lovely village with such a tranquil and peaceful atmosphere. A village shop and cafe as well as a bar if you fancy an evening stroll and pint. A great base if you want to see a bit more of Scotland.

We could not have changed a thing, was all very well explained you knew exactly what you were getting and definitely got everything that was explained the host were on hand if you needed them got reply back almost immediately and the hot tub Instructions were made clear the hot tub itself was immaculate a well maintained. We live in the central belt so was a couple of hours travel but beautiful scenery if you are not driving there was a bit of road works kept us back a little but they are only making roads better for travel, it is very country road style very up and down but when your a break you are not in a hurry but it is a road to take your time on and really wouldn’t do it if weather eg Scotland’s snowy weather unless you had a well equipped vehicle so something to think about when you book

We booked for a week but decided to leave after 5 nights as the weather was so atrocious and we were running out of things to do. Having no access to wi-fi was a big factor in this decision as our daughter had planned to do some college work during the stay and was unable to do so.
