I had a Spartan race at Pippingford and this (being 4 miles and 9 mins away) is perfectly located. Sara was lovely, when I landed on a very rainy, blowy at gone 2100 due to traffic. Very clean, compact room that held everything I needed for my weekend away. Eggs, milk and cafetiere coffee for the morning. Eggs were probably from the chickens at the foot of the stairs (unstamped 😉)😋😋 WiFi was good and the TV streams (I believe😂) Kitchenette is very clean and well maintained with everything required for small meals. The bathroom is modern, crisp and pristine with a good quality shower with plenty of power to make it very welcoming. The seating area was relaxing enough, although my time to have such a luxury was curtailed by my busy itinerary I found Browhill a very pleasurable place to stay, and I thought the sleeping area had adequate wardrobe space for me. The bed was to my liking, very comfortable and gave me 2 great night's sleep. I would definitely recommend to travellers who pack light and don't want to cook 8 course meals (although this depends on your culinary abilities I guess) Thank you SaraGuest review byLunnon

There was not another house visible and, when we stayed, the trees were just beginning to take on their fall colours. Our room was nicely quirky and very comfortable. Our host was exceptional. Moap's Farm is still a small working farm so it would be wrong to expect all the luxuries of a grand hotel but, if you value, beautiful views set in the countryside of East Sussex, you will love the place.Guest review byRonaldPhilippines
