The apartment is in a very good location, right next to Ealing Broadway station which gave us an easy and fast connection to the city centre. The neighbourhood feels safe, has many restaurants, shops and whatever else we might need. The host was very nice and allowed us to check-in a bit earlier. The apartment is clean and has everything we needed for our stay - even a washing machine and a dryer. We had a very nice time staying here.

I am Iryna, first time booked this hostel , say big thanks to all team for a good staying, I just had one night, good location, big, clean, beds are perfect, very very comfy, I felt care from staff about every details, there is kitchen, lounge for rest, comfortable armchairs everywhere , I want to notice that they give you towel free , every detail is pleasant.     Upon arrival, the driveway was littered with dirt, and garbage had not been collected, giving a poor first impression. The toilet and bathroom were unclean and had clearly not been properly maintained. Additionally, there was no running water from the tap, making it impossible to shower. The lighting in the hallway was not functioning, and despite reporting these issues, there was no response from the management. I strongly advise against renting this accommodation, as it is in dire need of major renovations and proper upkeep.

    One of the best areas in London and we know London very well...

    One of the best areas in London and we know London very well as family live there. Superb specialist coffee shops that sell freshly roasted coffee. Great restaurants. A brand new cinema complex with café serving excellent food (limited choice). Excellent green areas and parks in the centre of Ealing. A truly wonderful place in the centre of a big city. Everything in Ealing is within walking distance and there are two metros that take you directly to London centre cheaply.

    Ealing is a great place to visit, has everything you need - shopping places, restaurants, pubs, grocery stores and most importantly - metro station (tube). Short trip to centre London to visit anything.

    Great hotel in a beautiful area of London.

    Great hotel in a beautiful area of London. The tube station was very close and around 25 minutes ride to downtown. Also lots of stores and places to eat. The breakfast was adequate but nothing really exciting. Would have liked more egg choices. The extra sofa bed for the kids was not comfortable.
