Emsworth is a lovely town on the coast. Very unspoilt and with a nice selection of pubs, cafes and restaurants. Hollybank House itself is a warm, welcoming period property that would be very cosy in Winter but also has large grounds to walk around in the Summer. We had the weekend here because of the Proms at Stansted House, but it could also be a good base to explore the South Coast from Chichester thru Portsmouth and beyond.
