The property has a cool design and despite being an old building it feels updated and modern. It’s conveniently located right on Epping high street, only a short walk from the tube. the staff were all excellent, I was greeted with a complimentary welcome Prosecco despite arriving out of hours.

It's a wonderful place to unwind after a long day of exploring London. Des makes every guest feel welcome. With his friendly and intimate approach, he makes your stay truly memorable. Good value for money stay, I only booked on the day. There were lovely, helpful staff. Good toiletries in the bathroom, large shower, big white fluffy towels. Breakfast had plenty of choice. Everywhere was clean. Reasonable price for on site parking made it very easy to stay here.

Amazing, quiet and easily accessible location and room. Close to train station, 2 great little pubs in Roydon and a walking foot path along the river to my place of work in Hoddesdon. Will return.

It is a very beautiful place a little confusing at first however the Message that is sent has quit a lot of detail and it explains quite a bit it has beautiful garden more lovely Kitchen and lounge the rooms are quite nice very straight forward

    Great location, out of town but a short drive in (with lots of parking available in Epping) and close to the motorway. The atmosphere is very relaxed, with the continental breakfast available at any time. Des was really helpful, telling us about the local area and events. He was very friendly and accommodating and really made our stay.

    When we arrived we were met with some bubbles 🥂. They couldn’t have done enough for us. Lovely hotel and we will definitely be going back to sample the food too.
