It was nice and quiet , very comfortable had a great shower and the room was of a good size. The free hot drinks machine was a good idea when a breakfast was added to stay.

Really lovely hotel. The staff is wonderful especially the ones on breakfast duty. They go above and beyond. Breakfast was amazing as it was made fresh for each and every guest. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was well lit and clean. Ice machine on 1st floor. Quiet. Plenty of parking. Perfect location. Lots of restaurants nearby. Walking from Hampton wick train station and Kingston marketplace. Enjoyed walking to and from the bridge. We really loved it. Will definitely stay here again next time we r there.

    Great place to stay if you drive into london..40 mins to South Kensington on a Sunday. Bus 418 to Kingston then train and tube into central london also good just more time but kingston(e) upon Thames is nice to visit discovered the Anglo-Saxon king stone nr the Kingston guild hall. Handy for race course Epsom. Quiet snug in back of tge garden really well done great facilities and great hosts

    Very comfortable bed and good quality bed-linen Room quiet (except for one squeaky floorboard (room 6) which is being looked at apparently. Staff lovely Room slightly tired - especially the bath BUT gapped value at that price and spotlessly clean. Good temperature and oodles of overshot water. Plenty of free parking We ate next door at the pub in the evening which was fair but not marvellous and almost no Gluten Free offering at all (only Parsnip soup!) On the plus side they had a good selection of alcohol free drinks ( useful when driving!)

    If you enjoy walking or horse racing then this hotel is ideal, as it situated right on Epsom Downs and is within walking distance of the Grandstand. However it is not near the town of Epsom and there is limited public transport - it would be 10-15 minutes by car, depending on traffic.

    I grew up in Epsom in the 50s and 60s, finally leaving the area in 1984 so I was pleasantly surprised to find that the town has not only weathered the intervening 40 odd years well but actually seems to have improved! It’s a vibrant town with great shopping and plenty of great places to eat as well as a host of places to visit. Naturally if you are a horse racing fan then Epsom must be at or near the top of your list of places to visit. Sadly the only universal downside is the shocking state of the roads - potholes galore!

    It was great!

    It was great! We stayed here as a temporary accommodation while our house was under renovation. We felt at home easily from the day one and could do cooking, washing, kids entertainment etc., Shops are very close is another plus point. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a temporary stay!

    I definitely loved my stay here! Both ny friends and I enjoyed staying here! It was an amazing trip! All the beds, including the sofa bed, we're comfy, the kitchen was fully fitted out, and the living room area was really cozy. The location was pretty good. Downstairs there was a Costsutter and pub. There's a shopping centre and high street about 15 minutes walk. Also a church along the route! I would come again!

    The room is welcoming and relaxing. Good choice for breakfast. Location is great for South London. Staff very friendly and helpful. My parents are in their late 80's and my father has dementia and this hotel is perfect for them.
