The Old Pheasant is very typical of a coach inn, with very modern fixture and fittings. The food (dinner) was excellent and the continental breakfast was very good. The staff were very tentative and extremely useful and helpful, nothing phased them out and nothing was a problem for them. Glaston is a very small though quite attractive village in Leicestershire. We had planned on having a walk around nearby Rutland .water but we had not planned on temperatures of 30C. By our standards, it was too crowded and hot and there was a lot of noise from radios and also a lot of rubbish left on the grass. Horrible!Guest review byFelicityUnited Kingdom
