This is such a beautiful hide away with everything you need. Excellent hosts and nothing is too much trouble. Always some nice homemade cake waiting for you and a lovely breakfast for the morning. Will always stay here if I have business in the area.👍👍👍

Absolutely everything. My partner and I rented out both the annexes for us and his parents as we were attending a wedding at Gosfield Hall which is only a 3 minute drive. It was lovely that we could open up the adjoing doors between the annexes during the day and then close them off so we all had our privacy at night. The view of the lake was beautiful. The host greeted us kindly and the snack bar across the grass had a great selection of yummy tummy fillers.

Modern, clean, dog friendly, views of the field, ample off road parking . Bed very comfortable and although a Studio apartment, was plenty big enough for a couple. The wall fire was nice especially as some of the evenings were chilly. WiFi was excellent.

    I was visiting the area to attends a family funeral, so I wanted comfort and good directions. The location proved ideal for my short visit and the hostess was able to provide accurate directions for my destination and information on local shopping facilities for everything I needed for the trip

    Dangerous,, intimidating young people thinking they can talk to to older people,, police have had to issue a dispersal order,, unnerving shouting heard from the BnB,, not safe to go out in the evening.
