In past years he usually found what he would call a little bit of treasure from one of the many bookshops but he was disappointed at how expensive the books were. A great property clean and modern, well equipped and great location. Sleeps five. we previously stayed in hay on wye in band b which was very scruffy. This property was 100% better. Hay is lovely for the second-hand bookshop afficionado and also set in beautiful surroundings with fantastic walks along the river Wye. During the book festival it can be crowded, and difficult to find accommodation. Be warned you need to book well in advance. If camping suits you, Racquety farm is excellent and not too far from town.
