Everything about this property is first class. Without doubt, the best we have stayed at anywhere in the UK. Clean, comfortable, fully equipped and ideal for any length of stay. Caroline was the perfect host, excellent communication throughout and overall goes out of her way to ensure guests are taken care of. If you need somewhere close to Norwich, don't look anywhere else.

- 100% British, as a foreigner it was a full immersion experience of living in a typical British house. - accommodation is really good, two TV’s, kitchen etc.. - I recommend 100% and it’s a place I would return to !

    Small Norfolk village about 8 miles from Norwich. Hotel, however , was not in village at all being situate on main road about 2 miles away. Hevingham has excellent pub with restaurant but this is some distance from hotel.

    Good location to visit Norwich City.

    Good location to visit Norwich City. Recommend the Airport Park and Ride. Close to several National Trust Properties. Cromer and the North Norfolk coast. Had a trip on a traditional Wherry from the Wherry Yacht Charter, brilliant day out. Visited Horsey wind pump and had a lovely walk to see the beach and saw the seals playing in the surf. A great holiday.

    Ideal position to tour from, to enjoy wonderful north Norfolk close to sea. Mundesley for me. Historic house Blickling, Empty roads no potholes! Pretty villages enormous churches pretty pubs. Distinctive architecture Empty roads Lovely

    The hotel is lovely situated place just outside where I needed to be. Main road out front but very quiet and my room was facing it had no dramas with noise. The room was nice, bed comfortable and a decent size for a couple. Breakfast was nice as well.

    Ultra-clean hotel with restaurant and parking. The room near the rear of the property seemed recently refurbished. Tea/coffee and a kettle were in the room. Breakfast included, full english, scrambled eggs on toast, etc.
