Perfect location within terminal 2, and it only takes approx 8-10min walk to terminal 3 within the airport. The room is more luxurious than I expected given its price. For 175 pounds a night I could barely find some hotel in central London that can be comparable in terms of quality. The food in canteen is ok, but the good thing is that it opens from 6am to 10:30pm.

    The buffet breakfast was ideal for us and in a very quiet and peaceful setting. There were people around to help you to a seat and so the dining room didn't seem too overcrowded. The staff greeted us and that made a difference to our experience for breakfast!! The room was better than expected and we took a walk in the evening despite it being on a busy road. The reception staff helped with information about the shuttle bus to our terminal and it all worked well. We ate in the evening at the pub down the road which was very busy but good value food.

    Location iscideal for our terminal. We booked the airport taxis from the machine in the foyer. Which was easy to use and reliable. Only stayed the 1 night before our early flight the next day. We did not arrive at the hotel until after 22:30 pm.

    We had two rooms booked since March for our stay in...

    We had two rooms booked since March for our stay in September, one of which was specifically a twin room for my two sons (aged 18 and 21). On arrival, after a long and confusing check-in process, we were first told that the hotel could not find our reservation. After around 15 stressful minutes, they eventually located it—only to then inform us that they had no twin rooms available due to an unspecified "issue," which was never properly explained. Instead, they gave my sons a king bed to share. These are two grown men, so it was completely unsuitable. In the end, one of them had to sleep on the floor. This was a shocking and very disappointing start to our holiday, especially after booking so far in advance.

    PLEASE BEWARE!!!! PLEASE BEWARE!!! STAY ELSEWHERE!! STAY ELSEWHERE!!! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF BLIND WITHOUT A MASK ON TOO!!! I was tricked into using their taxi service because they were the same price as the bus but my credit card statement showed otherwise!! I was double charged for my rooms too and there is no way of contacting them online or through Booking.com to rectify this HUGE mistake!!! After confirming with me at check in that my reservation had already been paid for they went ahead and charged me AGAIN!! I have had to contact my credit card company with my proof of payment and they show me paying for it twice also!! i have put in a dispute with my credit card company as well as my bank!! PLEASE BEWARE!!! PLEASE BEWARE!!!

    Pleased with the quality of hotel. Excellent shuttle service Limited food availability on late evening arrival, although there was a choice of two meals and I hadn't been sure if there would be any food as no information in pre arrival emails

    Very easy to get to from T2 and also get back to T2.

    Very easy to get to from T2 and also get back to T2. Large bar area and food served until very late if you need any. Rooms good sized and bathroom decent with good power shower, Bed very comfortable so slept very well, which is unusual for me.

    Great location with easy access to Heathrow T4, including an overpass for even smoother movement between the hotel & the airport &/or using the underground to reach London & especially the West End. The facilities in the room were excellent, especially the shower. The room was spacious & the bed extremely conducive to a great night's sleep. The reception staff were great accommodating all our requests. This is our third stay here & will use it again if we are flying to or from T4

    Was in London for about 2 nights. The staff was incredible! I've stayed at many hotels for work and this staff is by far top notch! Location was near the airport, but transportation was super easy to take! Friendly area! A lot of coffee shops nearby and a McDonalds which was convenient. There is an ASDA about 25 away(walking distance) will definitely stay here again!

    Perfect location close to the airport, convenient to a small store nearby and bus stops, staffs were friendly and helpful, rooms were spacious unlike the London hotels, plenty of parking, as a good gesture - alkaline water, candy and apples were kept for guests at reception and a Starbucks coffee machine at reception (payable)

    It’s crazy to me that this is literally the cheapest hotel out there (big chain known hotel) and it’s super nice! Everything, literally. It’s not a great location if you want to go to central London every day but for a purpose stay it’s GREAT!
