Excellent room. Clean and comfy. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The location is fantastic. We stayed here before, about 8 years ago, so we knew what to expect. We were guests at a Scottish wedding that was being held in the Banchory Lodge, and that was perfectly arranged as well.

Staff were very welcoming room was lovely and cosy had evening meal and Dominic concert staff were all very friendly and food was great so much choice for meal and breakfast would stay again

The staff were exceedingly helpful, friendly, and just an absolute pleasure to interact with. The room was COMFORTABLE, far exceeding the hotels in this price range. The food in the restaurant was superb.

We received a very warm welcome from Lynda who showed us the apartment and handed over the keys. The apartment is spacious, has everything we could wish for and was very comfortable. We would have loved to use the balcony, unfortunately it was too cold, but it is a real plus. Duncan, the owner, was very responsive and helped with any requests immediately. We would definitely stay again.

Absolutely wonderful hotel, in beautiful peaceful setting. The staff were friendly and professional. Dinner at the restaurant was superior. Compliments to the chef. Would definitely return to this hotel again. The room was large and well appointed.

    Lovely clean, quiet location, ample parking, almost every item a family might need for a stay was in the property which was lovely and comfortable.. the neighbours, some of whom live there, were lovely and welcoming to, The site is well maintained and very pretty.
