Our stay at Craik Na Dav B&B in Invermoriston was unforgettable. Lindsey and Manda were so welcoming, and the animals around the house – the dogs, birds, and even a legendary deer – added so much charm. One highlight was the porridge. I was not too fond of porridge before this visit, but theirs was absolutely to die for – creamy, perfectly cooked, and so flavorful. They generously shared tips on making it the best, but to truly experience it, you have to visit them yourself. ;) The facilities were excellent, and the thoughtful touches, like a whiskey dram for my partner’s sore throat, made us feel genuinely cared for. Lindsey and Manda also gave invaluable advice for our hike to Fort Augustus along the high route of the Great Glen Way. A heartwarming stay we’ll always remember!"

Amazing since and before our arrival, the people at Glenmoriston Arms are special and give the best attention and fond care to their guests. The structure is awesome with atmosphere and the room clean, very nice and with all you might need. There is also a safe shed for the bikes. We had an amazing dinner and an early breakfast anticipated on our needs. Perfect, the best in our 16 days of Lejog in UK! Well worth a visit.

I loved the wee welcome treats and how thoughtful they were as I saw bowls and such for dogs even. The place was super clean and sooo cozy. We really enjoyed our stay there and I liked hearing the water falls from the outside :) I can only recommend and I hope I can come back there someday again! Thank you for the amazing experience!

    It is a cute little village tucked away from the hustle and bustle from the more touristy areas in the Loch Ness area. Waterfalls and the Loch are easy walks, and it’s a short drive to Urquhart Castle and other sites. There are not a lot of places to dine, so the Glen Mariston is a good choice. Reservations will be needed.

    Lots of interesting things even though it was onky a small village. Loved our stay at Craig na Dav, a lovely B&B. Would highly recommend it. Comfortable accommodation with a great choice of breakfast. The sisters who run the place were really nice and made us so welcome,

    I was slightly put off by the owner message that we had to arrive by a certain time for the key to be available. I think it was by 7 pm and it seemed as though she would not make exception for emergencies.

    The Bridge Suite was cosy and very welcoming, immaculately clean and fabulously equipped. The location is stunning and an excellent base from which to explore the beautiful area and beyond. Hosts were very generous and helpful. Would highly recommend.

    Invermoriston doesn't have anything in it, particularly, other than a nice coffee shop and one really, really good pub/restaurant (the only game in town, but it is luckily a good one). Is it really a "town," per se? Hard to tell. Sort of just a crossroads along driving/hiking routes. But it's very pretty!

    location is great for walking and scenery , situated on top of great glen way gives great options for walks . take the high walks as they outstanding able to walk to fort augustus and drumnedrochit , lock ness cruises only short trips away . worth a look

    The hosts were very welcoming and couldn't have been more helpful. The location was lovely and we saw plenty of birds as well as a red squirrel. The nearby waterfall is amazing. The local shop was surprisingly well stocked. The apartment was larger than we had imagined, clean and had everything that we needed. We couldn't recommend the apartment highly enough. The directions, that were provided, were easy to follow and we were ideally situated for Fort William and Inverness.

    Bothy is in nice location near Loch Ness with fire place. First day the fire place is ready to fire, second days we need to go to the forrest for small pieces of the wood, it was funny and we enjoyed it during the walk to Invermoriston watterfalls. We liked tweed blankets, we used them in ground floor :) There is free access directly to Loch Ness with small booth and boat to watch or hunt the Loch Ness monster. Do it and enjoy it :)

    The location was ideal being a short walk from the village which had a pub/hotel, post office, and a couple of shops. The setting was tranquil and the cabins were very well spaced apart - each with their own enclosed lawn area which allowed our dog to go outside without danger of escaping. The cabin was extremely well equipped and in very good condition.

    The breakfast was very good. We also had dinner in the restaurant in the evening. Best venison I've had for a long time and my son enjoyed his duck. We were walking the Great Glen Way and the hotel was perfectly situated and they catered well for walkers. Their own brand lager slipped down very nicely.

    Lovely, cozy and clean pet friendly accommodation. Plenty of space inside and outside. Private parking, easy to find. Lochness views spectacular, special from top of the garden. You can sit there all day:) Sydney is friendly and helpful. Thank you for welcome pack. Definitely can recommend.
