Lovely country place with a beautiful view. Very well appointed and clean. Hostess even left us a plate of rhubarb tea bread! The folks there were awfully nice too. Location waa excellent just a skip to Kenilworth Castle which was why we chose this property. All good!

Great facilities on the side of the owners home. We self checked in and everything we needed was right there. Very comfortable beds, immaculately clean. Spread over 3 floors with an outlook from the lounge over the rear lawn and countryside.

    Kenilworth Castle is a wonderful place to visit, and I would recommend it to anyone. Likewise Kenilworth itself - there is not much left of the Abbey, but it is definitely worth a stroll through the well-kept and tranquil grounds. The shopping area is well served with a large variety of shops, and plenty of cafes and restaurants to choose from. Another thing I noticed was that there are lots of benches where one can stop to rest.

    Nice and relaxing for me as I’m going through stressful time the hotel is quit and the staff are willing to help with whatever it is even took my bag to room I did ask for help though so thay didn’t just try and take my bags was a good stay. I was there for 2 weeks and liked it that much I extended my stay by another week 6 days extra very nice place. Thanks to Ronny , Subodh, Shamim was cleaning my room. So yeh great I would stay ther again.

    We have been to Kenilworth many times as we have family...

    We have been to Kenilworth many times as we have family living there. Lots of lovely places to eat. The castle is fascinating and it’s a good place to stay to see other attractions nearby. We always go to Leamington Spa which is a short drive away.

    Kenilworth is a pleasant town with a great castle. There are a Sainsburys and a Waitrose in the centre. A wide choice of quality restaurants and cafes. Excellent bus connections to Leamington Spa, Warwick and Coventry, all within a few miles

    Stayed in Kenilworth many times whilst attending shows at Stoneleigh Park and the NEC the Old Town suits us best but others may prefer the town itself with a greater choice of accommodation bars ,restaurants and shopping.

    The town has some great pubs and restaurants.

    The town has some great pubs and restaurants. There is a large park to walk in at the top end of the town. The castle is a great attraction and there are a couple of very nice pub restaurants in that area. Kenilworth doesn't have the Warwick tradition of over charging. You can eat out very reasonably in this town.

    Great Location and a the car park made things very simple. Right in the heart of Old Kenilworth. Lovely bar and excellent service from the staff. The breakfast menu sounded wonderful - sadly we did not have time. Its a lovely quiet hotel as the bar shuts at 11am and the secondary glazing worked well to ensure a great nights sleep. Comfy bed. Shower was good, nice towels, tea and coffee in room and all very clean.

    Very nice hotel in pretty grounds. Good gym and a small indoor pool. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Downstairs areas very nice - bar, and lounges. Helpful staff. Good quality bar food. Breakfast was included which was a bonus and food options were many and good quality. Nice dining room. On site free parking. Great location for getting to Kenilworth and surrounds.

    Great location in Kenilworth, easy walking distance to the shops, restaurants, and Abbey Fields. The house was cosy and comfortable and had everything we needed for our short stay. The owner was quick to respond to messages. We especially liked the water filter on the tap and the big walk-in shower!
