Everything. A very comfortable stay. Friendly and helpful staff. Spacious room. The room has everything you need. It’s a bit further away from the train station and the city centre, but you can shop for groceries in Aston University (which is only a 5-min walk away)

Rooms were big, clean and modern. Location was great a five minute drive to the hotel from the airport. I didn't have to leave for 2 days as everything was there. Was like a mini break - international choices of restaurants. The cinema with a nice choice of movies and goodies. The spa was fantastic, as was the treatments, super relaxing. The sky bar and food, staff was also amazing. In all, a lovely surprise of a hotel which made my few days relaxing, enjoyable and I would go back for longer and take in some of the activities and performances across at the NEC. Oh and I also had an AGM in that time, the meeting rooms and catering again, awesome. Big Thank you.

A safe, friendly hotel. Wonderful staff and lovely rooms. Highly recommend for solo travellers and couples alike. Great breakfast. Exceptional staff. Every morning I had my eggs specially cooked the way I liked, and it was never too much trouble.
