Amazing place to stay. The owners Bec and Pete were super friendly and welcoming. They have a cool games room downstairs with pool and darts. The building itself is charming and had some nice ales on tap Great value for money and good advice given on where to grab food in town. Room was clean and comfortable... Would highly recommend for anyone staying in Laugharne 🙏🙏

The property was in a wing of the main house attached to a riding stables. We became enchanted by the presence of a newly born Welsh pony. The rooms were well appointed and we had access to a large light and airy lounge with comfortable furniture. The breakfasts were delicious and the host was extremely personable and very well informed about local history and amenities.

absolutely everything!!! the owner even upgraded our room for no extra cost. the owner is so kind and so lovely. you must stay stay here. rooms are massive, big windows in the room, bathroom size is big, extremely clean and spotless. the bed is sooooooo comfortable and soft. me and my girlfriend are just sooooo happy. it’s an all in 1 full package. thanks for this place, I don’t feel I would had the same experience anywhere else at all. everything is close by, the scenery and views are epic. free luxury of hot tub, help yourself to bread and milk teas and coffee. a perfect place for family and couples or and anyone choosing to work near by must travel from here. absolutely amazed and happy. forever grateful this place is 100 10 out of 10.

    It is a lovely place with an ancient castle which has things going on in the year. However, there is little to entertain you after a day or so. the walks around the area are lovely, but you need to be fit, some are very up and down.

    Gorgeous village. Easy to walk everywhere. Visit to Dylan Thomas house is a must see!! This. Pillage is super clean streets- no litter anywhere. Clear to see the locals love their village. Very friendly !!

    Quiet and peaceful.

    Quiet and peaceful. Pleasant little town with convenience shops and places to eat. The walk along the water's edge is nice and the views across the estuary are lovely but there is very little interest on the water in terms of boats or wildlife. Pendine sands with a lovely sandy beach is nearby but the water is a long way out. We preferred many other parts of Wales.

    Dylan Thomas country is a beautiful seaside & woodland location 40 mins from pembroke Dock , 15 mins from Tenby & 5 mins drive from Pendine . Friendly folk , pubs /shops & castle ruins, love the bohemien vibes :)

    Beautifully located on an estuary so many hours can be spent watching the sea come in and go out again. Its quiet, so a good place to recharge your batteries. There is a well established delicatessen selling lovely food, a newly established wine bar for small plates and a newly established casual dining and cocktail bar and of course the famous Brown's hotel. It is surrounded by countryside, and on the Wales coastal path, so good for walking too

    Laugharne is a lovely, clean village with a few pubs and lovely walks. The West, South & mid Wales are easily reached from this location. Would highly recommend Brown's hotel & restaurant. Our dog was welcomed.

    We stayed one night after visiting Laugharne Church on our way home from a week's holiday in Ceredigion. The location was good, not far to drive beyond Laugharne, and we got the room with a wider bed that we requested. It had a great shower with plenty of hot water. Cooked breakfast was included in the price, with locally sourced sausages and bacon. We had a sea view from our ground floor room. There was a fridge in our room, and a microwave available to use in the communal lounge. Breakfast service was friendly.

    Lovely location you can walk down into Laugharne but its only a short drive to tenby, Saundersfoot etc room was spotless although needs a little updating. The food was amazing and would highly recommend it, the best Gammon I have ever had. All the local people and the owners were so friendly pub is cosy with a beautiful open fire

    I like how the Browns has been renovated and modernised since my last visit. The bar and reception areas are lovely and give you that “Boutique Hotel” feel and Laugharne is a very special place. I like that there was parking on-site. I like the new bar area and the breakfast in Dexters.
