All the amenities were excellent and had a wonderful stay. It was so relaxing stay and would love to visit frequently. The location is amazing and the bed was so comfortable and peaceful sleep.

Hosts could not have done more for us, communication excellent from the start. Property was quiet, and clean - just what we wanted. Simple but adequate breakfast was left for us. Recommended!

If I could give a 10 STAR review out of 5 I would, but unfortunately I can only give a maximum of 5. The hosts Kate and Mark were fantastic. Their hospitality was exceptional. The property is beautiful and catered all my families needs. The ENTIRE family had an unforgettable time - including our Pugs!! If only we could’ve stayed longer! Will be definitely booking again.

Had the most perfect night away at this lovely little gem! It was perfect and everything that we could of possibly needed during our stay was provided. They obviously take great pride in being hosts down to all the thoughtful little details and we even got a free bottle of prosecco. Perfect little luxury night for my partners birthday. Venessa was lovely and helpful and we would absolutely come back here again! :)

Meadow View truly did have amazing views over the corn fields with a private garden and outdoor entertainment area fully equipped for BBQ. The shepherd's hut was beautifully laid out for all our comforts and being only a short walk to the Heritage railway and tea rooms was a real treat. Mike our host was very helpful. Will definitely come back in the winter to experience the woodburner.

    Lenwade itself isn't really a destination, but is midway...

    Lenwade itself isn't really a destination, but is midway between Norwich City and the glorious North Norfolk coast, so a great location for exploring the best of both worlds. It's also halfway along the 26mile Aylsham to Norwich, Marriots way walk (disused railway line). If you have children, 'Roar' dinosaur park is just around the corner.

    Only stopped overnight for a function the following day at a neighboring village. Didn't see anything of Lenwade itself. Ate in the restaurant at the White Pheasant, where we stayed. Food was good and reasonably priced. Would recommend it to others.

    It is a big property but wheelchair friendly.

    It is a big property but wheelchair friendly. There is an enormous off road car park with walks around the grounds. Secluded and quiet. All the staff we encountered were friendly and chatty. We would have loved to have eaten there looking at what was on offer but sadly were unable to.

    The hotel management and staff were so helpful and pleasant. The grounds that the hotel is situated are beautiful and peaceful. Lots of different places to sit and relax and lovely walks . Food was very good and plenty of choices.

    If they do their planned refurbishment then it should be a great place to stay. As it is, no. The friendliness if the proprietor helped. Breakfast was a rip-off, and the eggs royale I had were horrible, slathered in sauce from a jar - could taste it all morning! They charge for tea or coffee with breakfast - a tiny pot. Some imagination in the kitchen and real cooking would be good. My next night at the King’s Head in North Elmham could teach thohow to do things.

    Room was relatively spacious with, unusually, two easy chairs. Bed was comfortable with a nicely weighted duvet - not too hot or cold. Similarly, the room temperature was comfortable. Had breakfast & dinner, both of which were good, in the restaurant - but it seems this is a separate business entity to the accommodation. This hotel is a rather grand building which suffers from a lack of tlc,, which is a shame as it could be a very nice place to stay.

    The staff were extremely friendly, to both us and our dog. The room was a good size and clean. Great breakfast choices. The hotel was well located for travelling into the city or exploring the coast. Situated on the Wensum Way walk, and very close to Marriots Way walk, so very good for walkers.
