Proximity to Leyland, where we were attending a function. Staff at the booking agency were pleasant and helpful and arranged for someone to provide us with an extra 5 mugs, enough cutlery for 7 and a dish-cloth and t-towel. It was very clean too. It is conveniently located for Leyland town-centre, being only 10 minutes or so walk. The owner was very helpful, and quick to respond to the questions I submitted prior to arrival. We were only staying one night but would happily have stayed for longer.
