Everywhere is pretty remote on the island so a car is needed. However, from this cottage, you can walk to Port of Ness, port of Stoth beach to swim, Eoropie beach, via a ten pin bowling place and children’s playground and Cross, which has a shop and pub.Guest review bycarolineUnited Kingdom - 10.0
A nice wee community.
A nice wee community. A shop, filling station and pub in the area although a fairly long walk away. Public transport was available but we didn't use it as we had a car which I would say is something you need to see Lewis and Harris properly.
