Our recent stay at this hidden gem was an absolute delight and far exceeded our expectations. The tranquility of the place was a welcome escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Nestled in a serene location, it provided the perfect setting for relaxation. The cleanliness of the accommodation was impeccable. Every corner of the guest house was spotless, demonstrating the high standards maintained by the hosts. The rooms were well-appointed and comfortable, making us feel right at home. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the host, Marcin. His warmth and friendliness added a special touch to our experience. The location of the hotel was perfect, a short walk to the beautiful and charming village. Our room was lovely and very accommodating. The views from our room were also beautiful. The supper meal we had our first night was very good. The library bar was cosy and convenient. The wait staff at breakfast, supper and in the bar were excellent. We truly enjoyed our stay.

What a wonderful hotel. The rooms were so spacious. All rooms come with a balcony offering the most spectacular views. The restaurant was out of the world. We booked our table in advance since it was fully sold out. The food and service was excellent. Breakfast spread and service was one of the best we got in Scotland this time. We requested for a window table and the views were breathtaking. We visited the town nearby Luss. What a wonderful town with some of the most beautiful houses. It’s just a short walk from the hotel. So location of the hotel was excellent. Highly recommend this hotel. We left with absolutely no complaints and the only regret was that our stay was too short.

    Our stay at Rowan House B&B was absolutely fantastic!

    Our stay at Rowan House B&B was absolutely fantastic! The room was spotless, with a stunning view from the window, and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Anna was incredibly responsive and provided great local recommendations, making our time even more enjoyable. Breakfast was delicious. The surrounding landscape views were absolutely beautiful! Everything was beyond our expectations. We would highly recommend this and can't wait to come back again!

    The views from our window of the loch were amazing, good pub...

    The views from our window of the loch were amazing, good pub in the village and a good place to explore the area , although we aren't walkers , others staying at Rowan House were and talked of some good walks nearby.

    Lochgoilhead is absolutely stunning! The scenery is amazing! Drimsynie Village is great. We had a lovely meal there. The staff are lovely. We took a walk to The Boatshed, where we had a lovely lunch with beautiful views of the Loch. Again the staff were great. We would also recommend dinner at the Goil Inn....the scampi was to die for.

    The setting was stunning. Lovely walks along the loch. Small village to the left of hotel 15 minutes walk away. Single track road to get to hotel with plenty of passing places so was not a difficult drive. It is just quite a way from everywhere else. That did not bother us as we just wanted to stay in this wonderful location. Very popular with dog walkers. There were quite a few lodges and mobile homes there but they were all spaciously and tastefully laid out to fit in with the surroundings and some had very pretty gardens.

    Beautiful part of the country, the sun was shining which made it perfect. We went for lunch at the boat shed. There was a bit of a weight but the owner kept everyone up to date. The staff , food and location were fantastic. Highly recommended. We them stayed overnight at Lochwood guesthouse wow outstanding host , right on the loch . Picture perfect views. Room was spotless and very comfortable, great location to chill and unwind. Highly recommend. Outstanding truffles and breakfast was delicious . All fresh oh and homemade yogurt bread delicious.

    The property was excellent. Great location looking over the river and a few hundred yards to the waterfront. Garden was excellent. Plenty of space front and back. The property had everything and more inside the property. Will definitely go back at sometime. Lochgoilhead is a stunning place. The scenery is up there with the best in Scotland.
