Location, easy access to bond street station, lots of restaurants nearby. Room was fantastic for London, furnishing and room was modern and comfortable, size was good, underfloor heating in the bathroom, towel warmers. One of the best I've stayed at in London, for a reasonable price.

the location was perfect, in the center and easy to get anywhere in the city. i love to walk around cities so staying in the center was important to me. also, when venturing out further, public transportation was close and convenient. my daughter and i loved our room, overlooking the street. it felt bigger than its' 17 meters and was very comfy and welcoming. we enjoyed breakfast at the downstair cafe, and the staff was helpful and warm.

very disappointing experience from start to finish.

very disappointing experience from start to finish. The host sent the check-in instructions only ten minutes before the scheduled time, when we were already at the apartment. I then had to walk almost two kilometres, with a young child and after a long journey, to a shop to collect the keys. That shop is far from the property and not well connected by public transport, which made the whole process extremely inconvenient. The listing also fails to mention that this is a house shared with other occupants and that the kitchen is communal. The bathroom and shower were dirty, the bed linen was not clean, and the property looks nothing like the photos, which must have been taken right after renovation. Overall, the stay was very disappointing and the communication with the host was poor. I would not recommend this accommodation.

Plenty to see and do, we mainly walked as the weather was good. We saw the devil wears prada which was excellent, although very very loud. Drinks in the theatre were expensive ( a small glass of wine was £12.50). Plenty going on in Covent Garden’s, and coffee at the rooftop garden in the opera house was a treat.and reasonably priced. The staff there were helpful but very slow, and there seemed to be a lack of cups ans saucers. The waiter had to find used cups and wash them before he was able to complete an order. Also very inexperienced he has ti be shown how to stack 2 coffees onto a tray.

Location is great. It is the front end personnel that give the experience of the hotel a very bad feeling. The ladies were very helpful the first time I stayed.. Hyde Park is 2 blocks away. Very central for Broadway plays and shopping.

We had early flight with children and when arriving at hotel, the first thing we experience very warm welcome from hotel receptionist Ayyaz and his team. ❤️👍 They even let us check in earlier as the kids felt very tired. The property apartments were very clean and having everything needed for a good stay. Also, the property is near to Canary Wharf, shops, tube, most famous attractions etc. When we go back to visit London we would be willing to stay at Fraser Place for sure!

Took two appointments for my daughter’s wedding for the family to be together. The service we received was great. We had the apartment above our grandchildren so they made frequent visits using the lift which only added to what was in every way an exceptional stay. The location was amazing as was the furnishings in both apartments. We will use this for future stays in London as it has a hotel feel with the convenience of a flat.

Great location. Small room. Clean. If you level your expectations and take a look at the pictures, you will be fine. London is not known to be cheap and also its hotels are comparably lower in quality compared to other European countries (e.g. Germany, Switzerland, Italy)
