Always my go to place, the staff are friendly. The parking is always a bonus, if you know St Ives you will understand. I will book again soon as this is the best place to stay. I have to say a massive thank you to Jo on reception very welcoming and friendly

The hotel is very uniqueky decorated, looking like the interior of a cruise ship, and the room furnishings matches the vibe - that was a really nice surprise! The view from the breakfast terrace was absolutely breathtaking, we actually spent so long at breakfast because we were enjoying the food and the view so much. The fitness centre with complimentary sauna, swimming pool and jacuzzi was also a great experience, we could get our feet wet and enjoy the vacation even on the days when the weather outside was too windy to swim at sea.

We were given a warm welcome by Kim on arrival,who upgraded our room to a sea view room,as we are getting married in November, she also brought us a glass of prosseco after showing us to our room,stunning location,food was excellent we could see st Michael's Mount from our room! Staff all very attentive,relaxed but professional.they even brought us a little congratulations desert board after dinner,such a lovely touch
