I stayed for 21 nights and had a wonderful experience mainly because of the welcoming and great hospitality by its staff. Jean, Puneet, Rachel, Lai and few more front desk staff are very professional and extremely helpful. The room was upgraded for me. It’s comfortable. Breakfast is good, could be better with more options. Location is ideal, a walk away from Manchester Central.

The hotel is in the perfect location as we did a tour of Old Trafford. The staff were amazing and all very friendly and the hotel was clean and beautifully presented. The mini bar was a great touch and even down to the toiletries provided in the design of football shirts. We had a great time and will definitely be back again.

Dash straight into the luxurious Selfridges and Triangle departments stores before checking out the old-English charm of the Shambles.

Manchester is a large diverse city. Getting about is easy with trams and great bus services. It has everything you would expect from a large multicultural city and has the advantage of having parks and trees frequently scattered throughout the city.

There were a lot of run down buildings where we were near Deansgate. The tram/Metrolink is great we used it to get to the co-op live venue in the Etihad campus. We though for once we have had a trip here without rain (we’ve been twice before and both times it rained)/ but no, as soon as the concert finished and we left the building it was pouring down, by the time we got back to our apartment we were all soaked.

Went to the Halle orchestra concert in the Bridgewater Hall; excellent concert and the orchestra is definitely worth hearing. The city centre seemed remarkably clean and we liked the free circular bus route (no.1) from the station.

    Manchester is great!

Manchester is great! I'm sad we were there for only 1 night 😔 I could've easily stayed a week! If you're there, please visit the narrowest pub in Manchester, Mr Thomas's Chop House. The oldest pub in Manchester, Sinclairs Oyster bar & The Old Wellington & get yourself a coffee from The Pollen Club! For a coffee snob from Melbourne (him!), he was so impressed he had 2 in the same day from there 😊 Take the free city bus & look around! It's a great city!

This place is amazing the rooms are huge clean and the beds are very comfortable. The bathroom was spotless, with everything you need supplied. I will definitely stay again if in Manchester. The pub itself is really nice the food is fantastic and the drinks are a good price not expensive. it's only 4 miles away from the co,op live arena and really cheap compared to the city centre hotel prices uber rides are about 9 quid and are so close by your not waiting about for long

The bar next door is full of horrendous staff I’ve never experienced rudeness like it. I was shocked to be asked to move downstairs at 7pm as the bar was so quiet. I was not told 10 minutes before I was sat in the wrong place and this is a very busy city centre bar. At 6am next morning I could hear word for word the couple next door and the 2 screaming children this is a joke hotel and I’m ashamed you hold a place in Manchester you are a disgrace!

My 4th stay, great location and facilities. room is very clean. great value for money. I have stayed at diff budget hotels in Manchester City and found this is the best, given the price range and the distance so close to city centre. Staff were very helpful especially the new receptionist from Hong Kong (forgot to ask her name but she was at night shift on 11-12th) , she is so nice and attentive.

I usually go to Manchester ever year for Sparkle and have stayed in various hotels in Manchester city centre. This hotel wasn't my first choice, but it was one of the best I could get for a reasonable price. The hotel isn't far from the Gay Village, which was where I spent most of my time that weekend. Above all, the hotel is right in the city centre, so it's close to all the major amenities.

The hotel met our expectations. Rooms are spacious enough and clean. Housekeeping do an excellent job. Breakfast was abundant and varied. Reaching Manchester city centre is very easy using the tram and going to Old Trafford to watch Man United play (which was the main aim for our visit to Manchester) was walking distance. Very convenient!
