A great location and exceptional property with beautiful surroundings. The fireplace makes for comfortable evenings. The property is close to the Roaches and reservoir walks. The nearby farms have sheep in the fields. Our host is so accommodating and put up a marvellous Christmas tree and decorations.

A very charming place in a lovely village. Very friendly and welcoming staff with a personal approach. All the necessary comforts. There's something very satisfying about staying in an inn... perhaps it's the history the building makes you think of, or the warmth of its busyness, or the pint you can pop down for...
