Middlewich is a small town with a few town centre pubs and restaurants. Not very far from the town, there are walks along the canal path with a busy working lock. Loved the place it was OK for our stay and we could compare both rooms one was bijou and modern for our daughters and ours a large family suite. The room was clean and comfortable although it was next to a busy road so was a little bit noisy but, in fairness, the hotel can't control the volume of traffic. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the food was very good.
