The peaceful environment with amazing views of the countryside. Very spotless property lovely touch with the welcome pack on arrival. Great walks of the Orchard and beyond. The location to Tunbridge Wells very strange forward with great amenable shops. Easy contact with the host on arrival of our stay. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you

Breakfast was included in room rate and excellent with many options. Room and bathroom had been recently refurbished and was very quiet even on a busy road. Restaurant menu had many good options and plenty of free parking on site. Overall excellent value for money and we would happily stay there again.

Friendly, cheerful, helpful staff. My very nicely decorated room, with large soft bed (though stacked with too many pillows and cushions), and a small but good bathroom with bathtub, was something I looked forward to at the end of the day. The hotel's restaurant has a delightful menu, expertly cooked!

    The house was well presented clean and warm, just right for my work which was in Tonbridge, ideal for cooking my own meal. The traffic noise from the main road which did reduce late evening and car headlights shining through the half glazed door are my only down points. I would use again.
