The peaceful environment with amazing views of the countryside. Very spotless property lovely touch with the welcome pack on arrival. Great walks of the Orchard and beyond. The location to Tunbridge Wells very strange forward with great amenable shops. Easy contact with the host on arrival of our stay. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you

We had an excellent breakfast at the hotel, included in the price of the room. There was a choice between continental, full English and dishes likes pancakes with maple syrup. We stayed in room 17, a deluxe (large) family room. The beds were very comfortable. A spacious and clean shower with perfect water pressure. Plenty of soft towels. Shampoo and shower gel were provided. The kids liked the huge tv. Besides coffee (Nespresso machine!) and tea facilities there were also 3 bottles of mineral water and glasses in the room, was a nice touch. Very friendly staff.

    The house was well presented clean and warm, just right for my work which was in Tonbridge, ideal for cooking my own meal. The traffic noise from the main road which did reduce late evening and car headlights shining through the half glazed door are my only down points. I would use again.
