After finishing a hike on the 177-mile Offa’s Dyke, this hotel made the perfect reward. Our warm and cozy room had a great view of the ocean as the sun set. Best of all, the shower pressure was the best I’ve ever seen in the UK. Well appreciated! The staff in the hotel and the restaurant were especially nice. We’d happily return here again.

Wow! What a beautiful stay! Thankyou again to our host Claire who was so lovely and accommodating to us, Claire made us feel so welcome and was always there to help with anything if needed. The Nest is stunning and so cosy, has everything you need inside and in the perfect location- tucked away but only a 5 minute drive to the main shops! I booked this for my partners birthday as a romantic getaway and Claire even left us some balloons and treats on arrival which was a lovely touch! We will definitely be returning to the nest for our next stay in Prestatyn and 100% recommend to anyone visiting this part of Wales. Thankyou again!

    This trip is ideal for families.

    This trip is ideal for families. There are lots of iconic breathtaking views and historical sites. Be prepared for long walks and climbing many steps around the mountains. Finding Halal food is hard but I would recommend ‘ The best kebab & pizza house’ the food was great especially the burgers! There is a nearby retail park with shopping outlets such as M&S, TKmaxx, boots, and Superdrug. There is also a local Tesco for a quick grab and go! Marion Resort & Spa offers a unique experience of a short relaxfull lodge stay with swimming facilities! Travelling in August was best as the weather was lovely and cool temperatures were perfect to have fun and tour. There is a nearby Pizza Hut close to Sainsburys. The manager there was very kind and gave us a fantastic deal with a few extras. Really appreciated that so Thank you! Take your car if you have one as the views are amazing and you can travel at your own convenience.

    Nice little town but not much going on, town beach was a good walk or taxi ride from the centre. Nice sandy beach at Ffrith a 10 minute bus ride away. Think the railway station needs more facilities such as toilets and perhaps some vending machines for coffee/ food and a small waiting room would be very welcome. Good meal at the Cook House pub near the station but disappointed that there was nowhere at the station or in the town to leave heavy bags whilst waiting for trains etc. Taxis are good value and often cheaper than the bus! Think a few more films at the picture house would have been welcome especially to families.

    We saw the sunrise and sunset on the longest day making memories with my daughter. Presthaven is a fantastic site with lots of choice to eat, well kept. We tried Papa Johns lovely pizza and Chopsticks lovely Chinese food. Talcre lighthouse and St Winifried Well great places to visit.

    Very family oriented place only had one bad experience and that was at the hut next to the nova complex the food was disgusting and overpriced fish and chips £16.50 a portion the worst food I have ever eaten in Prestatyn I recommend you give it a wide berth

    Food in the restaurant was good.The fan in the bathroom kept us awake all night. Did get a room change but got no sleep first night so was shattered the next day and was only there 2 nights. Wasnt offered any compensation. Pool was teppid. Think it was expensive for what we got.

    My wife's family live in Prestatyn so I'm aware that I may...

    My wife's family live in Prestatyn so I'm aware that I may be a little bias toward the area. We visit around once a month to see family and just enjoy a night away from home. There is a lot of really nice places to eat and drink which are all within walking distance. We tend to meet family in town for some food and a good catch up. Our favourite place to eat in town is Torrello, they have a really good menu and reasonably priced cocktails.

    the lodge was very comfortable set on a medium sized resort in a beautiful setting with lovely views. the hot tub on the decking was great and the main building with pool, gym, sauna, steam, restaurant and bars a short stroll away. It felt very safe for the grandchildren to walk around and was quiet and never felt crowded. The resident peacock was a nice surprise! Every member of staff was friendly, helpful and always available if needed. Beds comfy with nice bedlinen and towels. Lovely walks nearby and Prestatyn a short drive away.

    Great base for North Wales activities. Well equipped and comfortable. The hot tub is a great way to relax, easy to use and easy to access from the private garden. Plenty of towels. The gym is good, we enjoyed playing pool. Although the gym is shared with other properties, it was always available and empty when we used it. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and lounge. The host ( Tina) was very pleasant and helpful. Local shops and town all within walking distance and only a 10 minute stroll to the beach

    The chalets!! Wow u get an amazing sea view!! Depend what time of year .. 4 sunset !! If u go outside u can see sunset 4 August in front and Sept to the left seasonal change but the beaches hotel is amazing !! The room is accommodate but 2nd time booking didn't comfort instead I got 2 chairs!! Not good after along day beach walking!! Was dissapointed bcus 1st time we had a room with a settee facing the sea was glorious x

    This is a large hotel located at the far east end of the Prestatyn coast, not too far from the end of the Offa's Dyke walk which was good for us as we were doing a part of that. Lovely dinner and breakfast in their on site restaurant, and free parking available opposite the hotel. We had a great view of the sea from our room, where everything was as it should be.
