We all had an amazing time at the Barn - the location was great with plenty to do on the grounds including zip wire, fishing, paddle boarding and helping with the horses which the kids absolutely loved! We went into Ringwood on a Saturday and it was quite busy ( as expected). We were surprised at the number of "nice" shops there as opposed to charity shops etc., We were a little disappointed at the seemingly lack of signposts when we were trying to,complete walks around the outskirts but, nevertheless, managed to find our way about. Also surprising was the number of car parks and not overly expensive either.....another bonus. AND you could insert cash to pay!! Yippee!!! Well done Ringwood!Guest review bySainsbury - 10.0
Ringwood was the ideal spot to visit the New Forest and...
Ringwood was the ideal spot to visit the New Forest and surrounds. The Moors Valley Country Park is a five minute drive away. You could spend a full two days here, there is so much to do. You can also visit Paultons Park which is 30 mins drive or Beaulieu which is also 30 minutes away. It is only 20 mins drive to the south coast beaches. The campsite right next door had a lovely little shop and also a nice pub. We also loved the garden area which was great for eating meals and relaxing outdoors. The accommodation was quite compact but clean and with everything that we needed for a comfortable stay. Also great, fast wifi.
