Everything - it was the best hotel we’ve stayed in in a while. The room was beautiful, so clean and cosy. The bed was so comfortable and the room was welcoming with lovely touches. Although we didn’t have a huge room, there was more than enough room and the bathroom was big in comparison with a large shower and spacious area. The staff were really helpful and friendly and let us leave our bags in left luggage prior to use checking in and after us checking out which was so helpful. We had previously booked into another hotel which turned out to be not very nice and we had to check out of due to its poor facilities, so to stay here instead was just what we needed!

We had everything we needed in the room. It was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The Kitchenette and fridge were a bonus and very useful. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had an abundant choice of cooked and continental type food served from 6.30am to 10.30am week days and from 7.30-10.30am weekends. Quickest route from Brightong station: Exit the station and turn left into Trafalgar Street. You will go downhill under the arches. Keep walking until you find Station Street on the left. Walk to the end of that street and turn into Fleet Street. You'll find the hotel on the left... We will definitely book again in the future.

Lovely hotel, staff were superb and very helpful, room was big and comfortable, ambience was excellent, facilities are great, location is perfect! Diego in particular was super helpful, with great restaurant recommendations and advice. He is a genuinely lovely person to speak to and couldn't have done more to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Everyone else we spoke to was also extremely friendly and helpful - a nice balance between being attentive, but not overbearing. Lovely people. We can't wait to go back!
