The hospitality at the hotel was brilliant. All facilities were very modern and access in and out of the property was so easy Sarah was excellent as the person checking me in, sorting out my personal requests and making sure my stay was comfortable. We went for Crufts dog show and the proximity to the NEC was my main goal as we were not renting a car. The staff was helpfull and the room was perfect. My dog loved it as well!

The staff were all so friendly, especially on reception. They made us feel very welcome and were lovely and chatty. We had a great room on the top floor with an amazing view. Breakfast was great and a really good variety of things.

Perfect location at the Grand Central station, also very close to historical centrum and canals. Very good restaurants close to the hotel (one in the same building and other across the street) And 24/7 grocery store behuind the corner. All the hotel was very clean. Well the rooms are small but as small as you can see at the hotel introduction.

Once inside it was clean and comfortable, the area was not...

Once inside it was clean and comfortable, the area was not great and difficult to find after dark as a door between shops, whose shutters were down. First impressions when opening the door from the street weren’t great but up the first staircase to another door that opened to a much nicer interior.

more specifically Xclusive property on 34 White croft Road, Sheldon - It was a pleasant enough suburban area with plenty of restaurants. The property was only fair - clean enough but several things not working, poor lighting in Kitchen and no instructions for tv or oven. A good location for our reason - near the NEC, and adequate. Could use a tidy up outside full of weeks and bramble. We were grateful for off street parking. As it was for business reasons it was okay.
