FABULOUS! Everything from the welcome from all staff onsite and the stunning well fitted bedrooms, the cleanliness of the bathrooms and powerful shower. The breakfast in the restaurant was flawless, service was friendly and helpful and the food was cooked and presented very well.

What a nice place to stay Suburban Birmingham! Big clean rooms in an english styled Hotel. Nice restaurant and Bar, huge pool and Fitnessarea (used by locals too). Free Parking area in front of the hotel! We come back next year for sure!

The whole experience was exceptional ... it was our 23rd anniversary .. We had ordered room service .. When the tray arrived it had a hand made card by the staff , free desert & chocolates The girls made it so very special for us. Our best break ever .... We will be going back very soon.

    This place is very dirty and unfit for people to stay in plus the landlord is a thief. Got there and he refused to take his call, cancelled and he still took our money. Regret ever booking here. If there was a worse review than 0 I’d give him that. Thieves! Stay away from them.

    We found the property comfortable .

    We found the property comfortable . The owners provided everything we needed. We would love to have spent more time there as our schedule was quite busy. I have already recommended it to people in Coventry if they have anyone coming to visit in the future .
