The area of St Clements is lovely, great sandy beaches with free parking and clean public conveniences, and a few lovely pubs to eat at. Small supermarkets (Morrisons and Co-op) are also around and are open late. Our room overlooked St Clements bay area but not a beach to visit because we had a car we travelled around the Island and found some good sunbathing beaches. Easy access to most points of interest in Jersey from here by car or public transport. Good seaview and beach accessible to walk on. Quite a busy road though and late night noise from the function room meant it was difficult to sleep with windows open.Guest review byElizabethUnited Kingdom - 8.0
St Clements was a pleasant little town.
St Clements was a pleasant little town. There was an excellent pub The White Horse, serving food. A Marks and Spencer food hall and pharmacy and an excellent bus service. Nice little area by the sea with quite a fast moving tide. This was good to watch from our hotel room as it came up the beach. Not really a beach resort like St. Brelade's but certainly suitable as a base while visiting the rest of the island. Hotel Ambassadeur is a beautiful hotel in St Clements. It's exceptionally clean and tidy. The staff are outstandingly helpful. There is a beach opposite the hotel with easy access, beautiful scenery, locals make you welcome. Marks and Spencer is just around the corner if you have forgotten anything.
