It was in a small village with a few shops, pubs and cafe. Despite proximity to the airport, it was very quiet. Property was very clean with everything you need supplied. Hosts were very helpful.

    Location to bus service that went to Heathrow airport and major shopping centres only a few Km's away. the accommodation was perfect for our needs, and would not hesitate in recommending or staying there again

    There's a lot of aircraft noise being next to Heathrow.

    There's a lot of aircraft noise being next to Heathrow. I stayed in Stanwell Moor before (off Long Lane) this was not an issue - strange.. There are some really nice places to go walking & seeing sheep & cows is a bonus. There's a good selection of shops on Clare Road, a wonderful fish & chip shop. The village is very English in some ways, though the population is diverse. Over the years have stayed in Stanwell for quite a few months but always whilst working. If you're on holiday it might be a little boring, but for me it's the perfect location as it's a short commute. Lots of public transport, big Tesco supermarket, Staines is close and that has everything you could possibly want.

    Please refund.

    Please refund. We were denied the room we had booked and paid for. The driver was very angry we weren't at the correct pickup place at Heathrow. We were lost, I was not rude to him, just trying to understand where to go to meet him. He hung up the phone on me. When I called him back he said I was a horrible person, don't come to his hotel, don't call him. Please refund.

    Real issue is its impossible to get hold of anyone without your booking reference. If that's on your phone and you lose access you cannot get any help. You really need a24/7 emergency number with a human at the other end.

    Each room had been beautifully decorated and had its own ensuite. They all looked over the garden and were all light and airy. Breakfast was available if required and it was only a short walk into local town for a meal. Being close to Heathrow was a big plus @nd the owner Paul provided transportation to the airport at a small cost.

    for a 1 night stop over I'd recommend this location, but not for anything longer than that, and you have to have very tough skin to accommodate the heat of the shower - scorching! But otherwise, the bed was comfortable, and that's all we wanted. Would i say it was worth the £88 we spent, probably not, but it was the cheapest in the vicinity of the airport, so we took it.

    it was exactly what we were looking for, close to the airport but not close enough to be noisy. Paul was really helpful explaining how to catch the bus there which was just perfect after our nightmare day missing our connected flight. I highly recommend this picturesque lodge over a huge impersonal airport hotel. very reasonably priced and the breakfast was delicious, delivered straight to our door. I also loved the parquet flooring downstairs. lovely place and so pleased we chose to stay there. we’ll stay here again!

    Lovely property in a quiet village staff were helpful and everything was very clean . Large rear garden and parking. There is a local shop opposite if you need anything...... we used it to go to Thorpe Park which is close but it is near to Heathrow so would be a good airport hotel and also you can check in at any time which is helpful for flights ✈️

    The owner was friendly and accommodating, even though I arrived quite late at night. The room was clean and newly refurbished. This is one of the cheapest hotels near Heathrow airport.
